Kartals

Kartals – Traditional Hand Cymbals for Kirtan and Bhajans Kartals are traditional hand-held percussion instruments widely used in devotional music across India. They usually consist of a pair of small cymbals or wooden clappers that are struck together to create a rhythmic metallic sound. These instruments are commonly used to maintain rhythm during kirtan, bhajans, and spiritual chanting . At Tapobal Radha Krishna Haat , our kartal collection is designed for devotees, musicians, and spiritual practitioners who want to enhance devotional singing with authentic rhythmic accompaniment.
